RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Dear FÉ customer,  

 

Do you feel you don’t click with the FÉ lamp you received? No problem! 

 

Let us know within 14 days after receipt of your product(s) that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.

You can use the return form provided by us for this.

After completing the form, you can email it to hi@fequartz.nl

Send your product, invoice and delivery note as soon as you have registered the return, but no later than 14 days, to the return address below.

The following conditions apply to any eligible return and/or exchange of the product: 

 

♡ Send the lamp including original tags (the FÉ card with QR code) and the FÉ Giftbag safely and securely packed and fully protected for return.

 

♡ The withdrawal period expires after 14 days after you, or someone else for you (sender excluded), has received the physical product. Revocation/approval period does not apply to companies. 

 

♡ Unless you have accidentally received a damaged item, the costs of return are for your account as sender. 

 

♡ Responsibility, payment and risk of a return shipment lies with you, as the sender. Make sure that your return is sufficiently stamped and not COD (Cash on Delivery), because in that case we cannot accept it. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned (in good condition) and cannot be held responsible for it during transit. You might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

♡ We can only return the purchase amount if the product has been received by us complete and undamaged within the return period.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know if your return has been approved/accepted by us. If this is the case, we will process the refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. 

 

If you have enjoyed free shipping with your order, but later only returned part of the products from the same shipment, we may correct the refund for the shipping costs. In case of exchange, shipping costs may apply.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER DAMAGED AND THEREFORE WANT TO SEND IT BACK.

The FÉ lamp is made of selenite, a delicate material. Minimal damage to the natural quartz can occur and is therefore normal. However, if the lamp has clearly arrived damaged, you are entitled to exchange the damaged product free of charge.

In this case, please contact us at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your order via the e-mail address hi@fequartz.nl , stating the title "Damaged return".
