DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS
We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Within the webshop we have stated an indicative delivery time (within EU countries) of 7 days.
If we can arrange that faster, we certainly will! If for whatever reason we think we cannot meet this delivery time, you will hear from us!

Shipping costs
The following applies to the prices stated in our webshop: Free shipping within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Whether it concerns a Small, Medium or Large FÉ lamp.

For deliveries within other EU countries: from € 6.10
Exact shipping costs (including VAT) will be calculated automatically when you indicate the country of delivery in your 'Shopping Cart'
If your location/country is not (yet) is in our webshop, please send us an email. We can then see together whether we can offer you a unique solution.
Who delivers your package?
Delivery within EU countries is done via the parcel deliverer of DPD Home or PostNL/PostNL Abroad.
(in Belgium with PostNL Parcel Netherlands Belgium signature to be precise)
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace e-mail, so that you can continue to track your delivery yourself. Because the shipment takes place via Third Parties (out of our control), we cannot guarantee the day and time of delivery.
